Last month, we published one of our favorite farm stories after visiting Hannah Walker and her flock of sheep at Rosemary and Thyme Creamery.
Now, it’s time to go back for another visit.
And you’re invited.
On Saturday, July 12, we’ll visit Rosemary and Thyme Creamery for a tour of the farm - we’ll see the whole grass-to-milk-to-cheese process - with the sheep, milking station and a little cheese-tasting at the end. Hannah and farm partner Brent Smith will be our guides through their 45 acre farm at the foot of Pigeon Mountain, roughly 40 minutes from St. Elmo.
