On Thursday, April 9, Calliope’s Raven Humphrey will offer another spirited evening of Amaro.
This time? She’s bringing out rare, special and secret bottles from her personal and Calliope’s collection.
We've hosted three amaro dinners: each uniquely-themed, all successes and sold-out and hilariously fun, but this one promises amaros unlike any other.
Raven will tell stories, offer history and lead tastings, each amaro paired with small bites from Calliope's nationally-known kitchen.
